Nice room for a decent price. Very comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a bigger studio with a small kitchenette when we arrived. Near to restaurants and good Japanese places for food. We were meant to stay for 3 nights, however, we had to leave after 1 night due to a family emergency. The kind man at the desk refunded us for the remaining two nights. It was such a nice gesture, as we didn’t expect a refund at all and had thought we’d lose the money. I also had a problem with my car and the security guy tried to help despite our language barrier. He called a friend who spoke English and told us where a garage was. Just really helpful and kind staff. I’d stay with citadines again.

Staff was nice, first contact was security guard who helped me with the motorbike parking at arrival, reception was nice and gave info about hotel-stuff. Location was good, easy access to Sukhumvit and very close to a shopping mall and some kind of transport hub (taxis, busses, tuk-tuks). Didn't have breakfast there, although went to the restaurant for a coffee (buffet seemed to have plenty of choices) but opted to go elsewhere.

Good location! Massage across street, bar across street and mall and 7/11 nearby too! Staff was very helpful as I’m a light sleeper and needed a different room due to loud music from a street bar. It’s not the hotels fault of the loud music. They moved us with no problem. Much appreciated! My husband could sleep through anything but not me unfortunately. Very clean!

The front desk staff was really professional and helped recommend some places for us to dine and visit for the evening. We loved the free tuk tuk service! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were really comfortable. The hotel is also well located and is within walking distance to Robinson, where there was a vibrant mini food street at night.
